If you happen to be a one man show in the early phases of building your internet business, than you know how overwhelming the task of generating content can be.

This is especially the case when you need to start making some money as fast as possible.

So how can you tame what seems like the almost uncontrollable beast of content generation?

I'm going to outline some simple tips you can use right now to get a handle on this beast and help you to start multiplying the exposure of your internet business fast.

As mentioned in the opening quote it's very easy to get caught up in doing things that won't get you any closer to the goal of turning a profit asap.

So here are 6 things you can do to get the ball rolling...

1. Set a fixed time each day to create new content. All pieces start as articles, so set aside an hour at a time of the day that works best for you and will allow you to concentrate uninterrupted.

2. Start by setting a goal to write at least two to three articles in that span of time. Nothing more. Eventually you will be able to write more as times goes on and you get more accustomed to the routine. But do it.

3. Repurpose your content using different media formats. Huh? Yeah, that was a mouthful but all that means is that you can turn your articles into videos, PDFs, slideshows and blog posts.

4. Set a fixed time during another day to distribute your content using the various outlets mentioned in the step above.

5. Keep your articles focused and simple. You don't have to be an English literature major to do this. Just write like you speak and keep it short around 400-500 words. Anything more tends to bore the socks of readers. It does for me anyway.

6.The secret to making this simple outline work is in the consistency. If you were to create 3 new articles each week for 52 weeks you would have created 156 articles by the end of the year.

What if you were to set aside an hour on another day to write 3 more articles? Now you would be creating 6 new articles per week for 52 weeks which would bring you to a new grand total of 312 articles for the year.

But wait! What if each of those articles were turned into videos, PDFs, blog posts, and slideshows?

Simply multiply the year total of 312 articles by the 4 different media formats mentioned and you would have at the end of the year 1,248 back links pointing back to your website driving traffic from multiple sources.

The beauty of using a simple strategy like this is the fact that you can scale up us much as you want if you choose to outsource the production of your articles to someone else.
